I had been a smoker for nearly 40 years and had tried and failed to give up smoking many times.

Healthier and Cheaper!

They are much healthier than tobacco.

I’m not sure why everyone thinks that it is water vapor that you exhale when you are smoking an e-cigarette. It is actually propylene glycol vapor. The two are similar but propylene glycol vapor is more easily visible at room temp. That is why it is used in theatrical productions to produce fog. It is also used in nebulizers as a delivery mechanism for the medication. It is recognized by the FDA as generally safe.

Changed My Life for the Better

Electric cigs are great because I could still have a cig if I really wanted and not have to go back to a pack a day. When I do have a cig now, I don't like them as much which blows my mind.

Solves the Hand to Mouth Anxiety Complex

I prefer electronic cigs (digital). They use a vegetable glycerine or propylene glycol base and sugar free flavours. It definitely solves the hand to mouth anxiety complex, and I get my dosage, lol.
