Wisekick warrants, to the original purchaser only, that its electronic products shall be free from any defect in materials or workmanship, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Effective Period - this warranty is valid and effective for the products featured below
1.1. Wisekick Electronic Cigarettes – 6 Months from date of purchase
1.2. Sidekick Portable Charging Cases – One Year from date of purchase
1.3. Other electronic or electrical goods purchased from Wisekick – One Year from date of purchase
Normal Use - this warranty covers the normal use of Wisekick electronic devices. It does not cover any defects or damages resulting from:
2.1. modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any person or company other than Wisekick
2.2. physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or
2.3. any use of the product other than that for which it was intended
Limitations
3.1. any warranty not expressly provided herein, and any remedy, which other than the warranty contained herein, that might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.
3.2. Remedy under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of product
Exclusions
4.1. Products purchased from a source not authorized by Wisekick
4.2. Claims without a receipt or payment record
4.3. Any non-electrical product, such as a cartridge or other fluid container
Non-Replacement - should you choose not to accept delivery of your replacement, we will refund your purchase, less recovery fee of 25%.
