Wisekick does not make any profit from shipping our customers’ orders. We charge you what it costs us, to get them to you both quickly and securely.
All orders are delivered by first class Royal Mail service.
All orders over £33.00 are sent recorded delivery and require a signature. If there is no one to accept delivery of your package, it will be taken to the local sorting office, where it will be held for up to 4 days. You can contact them by the number on the calling card to arrange a redelivery, or collect it yourself.
For orders over £100.00 we will pay the cost of your shipping.
Delivery should take between 1/3 days. Please wait until after the latest expected date of delivery before contacting your local sorting office.
If Royal Mail cannot give you any information or you are not satisfied with the response, please contact us at customerservice@wisekick.com and title your message “Delivery”, or by replying to our e-mail confirming your estimated date of delivery.
If you wish to contact us, please provide us with your name, delivery address, order number and date of purchase. We will reply as soon as possible but always within 24 hours.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
For all orders outside the UK, the goods will be sent Royal Mail First Class. Expected delivery time is between 5/7 days and will require a signature.
