Wisekick™ warrants, to the original purchaser only, that its electronic products shall be free from any defect in materials or workmanship, in accordance with these terms and conditions:

Effective Period

Warranty is valid and effective for 6 months from the date of purchase for the following products:

• Wisekick™ Electronic Cigarette Battery Units
• Wisekick™ Sidekick Portable Charging Cases
• Wisekick™ Chargers and Adaptors

Normal Use

This warranty covers the normal use of Wisekick™ electronic devices. It does not cover any defects or damages resulting from:

1. Modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any person or company other than Wisekick™.
2. Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof, in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions.
3. Any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.

Limitations

1. Any warranty not expressly provided herein, and any remedy, which other than the warranty contained herein, which might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Remedy under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of product.

Exclusions

1. Products purchased from a source not authorized by Wisekick™
2. Claims without a receipt or payment record
3. Any non-electrical product, such as a cartomizer or other fluid container.

Non-Replacement

Should you for any reason choose not to accept delivery of your replacement, Wisekick™ will refund your purchase, less a recovery fee of 25%.
