Orders received by 14.00 GMT Mon – Fri will be despatched same day, otherwise next working day.

ORDERS UNDER £39.00:
Unless otherwise notified, signature not required. Goods packaged to fit through standard-sized letterbox where possible.

ORDERS OVER £39.00:
Sent Recorded Delivery with signature required. When no response is received, package will be held in local sorting office for 7 days pending collection or rearranged delivery.

FAILED DELIVERIES

  • First Class Mail – Allow 5 working days before contacting local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Allow 10 days before contacting Wisekick™
  • Next-Day Delivery – Allow 2 working days before contacting local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Allow 7 days before contacting Wisekick™
  • Reporting Failed Delivery – When 7 or 10-day period has elapsed, please report failed delivery by sending email to customerservice@wisekick.com, by replying to 'estimated date of delivery' email form Wisekick™, or by typing 'Delivery' in the subject line. Your email should include your name, delivery address, date of purchase and, if possible, the order number.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & EXCISE DUTY DISCLAIMER
The purchase of Wisekick™ products outside the UK is at the customer's risk. Wisekick™ will not be held responsible for any prohibited goods that are impounded by Customs in a receiving country, or for any duties that authorities may levy.

Some countries (such as Brazil) have taken a cautious line on Electronic Cigarettes because of their nicotine content and banned them outright. In some cases goods are returned to Wisekick™. In other cases they have been impounded or destroyed with no compensation and little or no explanation. Only in the event that goods are returned to Wisekick™, will a refund (less any additional costs incurred) be made.

If you are from any country without a postcode (such as Republic of Ireland), please use the default code '000000' in postcode field. For countries with postcodes, the zeros should be replaced by the correct code.
