ANSWER: The Wisekick™ cartomizer (refill cartridge/atomizer) contains water, flavouring, nicotine and a mixture of Vegatable Glycerin and Propylene Glycol (PG) - safe food additives that produce the vapour, delivering an experience that looks and feels just like tobacco smoking.

ANSWER: Current standard flavours include Virginia, Menthol, Apple, Coffee, Mint and Cherry.

QUESTION: How long will a cartomizer last?
ANSWER: The cartomizer, which is disposable, holds the equivalent of 20 to 25 cigarettes. Please note: the standard battery only carries sufficient charge for 12 to 15 cigarettes.

QUESTION: Are all ecigarette cartridges the same?
ANSWER: No. The older type ecigarettes comprise three-pieces: (1) battery unit (2) atomizer (3) vapour cartridge, which cannot be used with a Wisekick™. The Wisekick™ is an advanced two-piece model: (1) battery unit (2) cartomizer (vapour cartridge + atomizer), which is designed to hold more liquid, produce more vapour (200-250 puffs) and to ensure clean and reliable functionality.

Problem

Explanation & Solution

 No Vapour

After first checking that the battery is not flat, you can assume that the vapour has simply run out. Replace the used cartomizer with a new one.

 Less Vapour

Your WisekickTM may produce less vapour than normal in the following circumstances:
(a) Cartomizer is new and needs a little time to warm up.
(b) Cartomizer is empty and needs replacing.
(c) Battery is flat and needs recharging.
(d) Battery is worn-out and needs replacing.

 Vapour has Strange Taste

As it empties, a cartomizer will inevitably lose its flavour. Replace the used cartomizer with a new one.

 Cartomizer Overheating

Once empty, a cartomizer will overheat in use. Replace the used cartomizer with a new one.
